Under Standing Order 17.24 the Chair declared her Husband was carrying out work with the University of South Wales which involves initial teacher education. Hefin David declared he was an associate lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

The Committee heard evidence from the Cabinet Secretary.

The Cabinet Secretary agreed to provide a note on the opportunities available to acquire a qualified teaching status while working.
